Kodu.ai currently offers API usage credits ("Credits") for purchase. These Credits allow users to utilize the features of the Kodu.ai VSCode extension, which interacts with our backend services and third-party AI APIs.
Upon successful payment confirmation, purchased Credits are automatically added to your Kodu.ai user account. You can view your credit balance within the VSCode extension or potentially on your account dashboard on our website. The fulfillment is electronic and instantaneous.
All purchases of Credits made on the Kodu.ai platform are final and non-refundable. Due to the immediate allocation and potential use of digital Credits, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a purchase is completed. Please ensure you understand how Credits are used before making a purchase. If you encounter any technical issues preventing the use of your purchased Credits, please contact our support team for assistance.
As Credits are a digital product delivered electronically to your account, traditional shipping methods do not apply. Delivery is instantaneous upon successful purchase as described under "Order Fulfillment".
Given that all Credit sales are final and non-refundable, returns are not applicable.
Purchases of Credits are one-time transactions. Once an order for Credits is completed and the Credits are delivered to your account, the purchase cannot be cancelled.
